In a career spanning nearly 30 years, I have successfully led HR teams in various global organisations such as Zee Group, Infosys Ltd, OnMobile Global Ltd, and Reflektive Inc.
My well-rounded background has allowed me to serve as a trusted advisor and Coach to the Business teams. I have contributed to organisation building, managing change, and creating an “Employee First” culture.
My Journey:
From Challenges to Coaching
The idea of becoming a Coach took root in the early years of my career, but it solidified later when I faced challenges in the workplace. I felt overwhelmed and unable to cope, which impacted my health.
During that phase, I decided to pursue my passion for Coaching by upskilling and educating myself in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Coaching (Understanding the Art and Science of Coaching). It helped me to centre myself and equipped me with skills and tools to deal with challenges not only at the workplace but also in other areas of my life.
My Realisation as a Coach
As a working professional, I noticed that many others faced similar challenges. I felt that with my experience and skills, I could support them in becoming their absolute best and navigating challenges with confidence, calmness, and resilience. This realisation marked the beginning of my journey as a coach.
